Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Every day in my classroom we start with the objectives and end with them. I would like for my students to do the best they can and exceed the standard expectations . My biggest challenge is using differentiated instruction in an effective way. "The future of the world depends on devoted teachers".

My students are very hard workers.

They are very spontaneous, I always learn something new from them. My school environment motivate my student to always do their best and never give up. I love to teach my student because I always learn something new from them. everyday is a new challenge for me and my students because since we are located in a low socioeconomic community we lack a lot of resources that other schools may have. This factor affects my students in many ways, some don't have the support from their parents because they have to work all the time. Also most of my students struggle with the English language, but we are fighters, creative, and hard workers. we don't give up and always look for ways to improve the social and educational experience for every student in our community.

My Project

All the materials that are requesting will help us to keep our classroom very organized. The bins are color coded, perfect to help keep their reading level organized in groups. My students will be able to organize their books and use them during workstations. The white boards will be used for small and whole groups activities and for check-for-understanding strategies. The paper organizer will be used so students can turn in complete and different assignments in an organized way, therefore, teaching them responsibility and discipline.

The donations to this project will help my students to keep their books organized during workstations.

I have different level readers and these supplies will help my students to achieve their reading goals. These supplies will help my students in having different options for them to work independently and in group. This will help me execute better use of different manipulative strategies during different instructions.
