Help me give my students and self some basic supplies for the classroom, snacks as needed, and some nicer art supplies like Prismacolors and Liquitex paint for the advanced students that want to do more serious works.

My Project

The students use boards to play Pictionary to build group comradery at the beginning of the year. Our boards are worn out and our markers are dry. I also use them to do drawing examples and demos on the big board.

They need a well stocked classroom and snacks to fuel their bellies and brains so that they can produce exceptional pieces of art with exceptional art supplies.

Some of my students don’t always have food readily available, so I always have snacks for them. Even if they do, they may have such a late lunch that they are starving by the end of my class. They are so appreciative of it.

Cell phones are now banned in classrooms by law, so I need a place for students to put them. I already have some exceptional students and expect to see more bloom with less distractions. I would like to supply them with nicer paints and colored pencils. What we have is grade school level materials, and in high school they need higher quality. A few sets is a start to lead them in the direction of exceptional works.
