Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

This is an ICT classroom, which consists of students with disabilities who learn alongside with general education students. I have fourteen hard-working students are doing their absolute best to survive and learn during these challenging times. They are all from different backgrounds, but that does not stop them from being best friends. My students are motivated to learn and want to excel in the classroom.

I want to help my students reach their highest potential.

The materials I am requesting for my classroom will allow the students to have all that they need in order to be successful!

My Project

This tablet will allow me to show my students how to correctly complete classroom assignments.

I would use this drawing tablet to help teach lessons and this device could be used like a whiteboard.

I would be able to show the students how to correctly write cursive letters, which is quite difficult to do with a mouse. This tablet will also allow me to support students with solving math problems and showing them how to correctly draw pictures to help them.

Supporting students during remote learning is a commitment that goes outside of this academic year. I will continue using this device even when we return back to the school buildings. I will use two monitors so that I can watch all my students and use the second monitor to show my screen and teach.
