This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a first-year ESE teacher. I come from a preschool background and know how important it is for kids to play.

Play is our brain's favorite way of learning!

Working in special education has its difficulties when trying to reach each learner in different ways. I plan to use this dramatic area to teach standards and topics. I'll be changing the theme monthly to keep the kiddos engaged and wanting to learn.

I'm requesting wobble stools, marketplace toys, pet vet set for a dramatic play space for learning and socializing!

Play helps children learn how to socialize, learn daily living skills, and independent skills! Help me create a fun learning space for my students.
