it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I am so lucky to be blessed with the sweetest Pre-K class. My students are loving and caring kids, who enjoy learning through all types of play. Living in a busy city allows my students to observe and enjoy so many different people, places, and things. I love when they are taking these experiences to use in role play throughout the various centers in our classroom
Pre-K children are growing so fast and that's why it is so important to not only nurture them but to also support them as they build confidence and decision making skills to foster independence.
In the Dramatic Play Center, kids can use expression and conversation skills along with pretend play and other accessories to create any story imaginable. From food shopping to camping in the woods, Dramatic Play paves the way for how children react to all types of people, places, and things. The options are endless.
My Project
My kids love learning through creative play. If we get these amazing items for our Dramatic Play Center, it will not only bring smiles and a world of excitement but will also help foster my students imagination and creativity to a whole other level. Going camping is one thing that many of my students may not have had an opportunity to do being they are growing up in a busy city. Having this in the Dramatic Play Center will definitely let my students journey to a new environment.
As they play in the Dramatic Play Center, I am able to see the way my kids transform into little adventurers.
Whether it be a hat, type of food, or any other accessory, these amazing children are able to create any story imaginable. Many a time they don't have the funds to purchase pretend play items for their house, and so Pre-K is their home away from home.
