My Project

My classroom will be the first experience in a school setting. I want to insure that all students have the opportunity to learn through dramatic play in the classroom. The Dress Up and Pretend Dress Up will enable the students to act and play. Through this they will develop their speaking skills. It is also important for my students to have sensory play to develop their learning. The Kinetic sand and sand toys will give them the opportunity to use their hands in play. My goal is for all students to have the opportunity to learn in a fun and productive environment.

My students are special because this is the start to their educational foundation.

I must build the foundation of each and every one of my students so that they will succeed in future grades and have the love of learning.

The erasers will be used when teaching the sounds of the letters. They will be sorted in the storage organizers by each letter so when I teach each letter sound, the students will have actual objects that begin with that letter sound. It is crucial for the children to make connections with the letter sounds. The erasers will be a start in our collection.
