Dramatic Play Kitchen Set for Cognitive Development

Help me give my students a more well rounded dramatic play for social and emotional learning. Due to funding the district was unable to attain this in the new classroom, my students would benefit from a kitchen set.

My Project

Dramatic play is set up for pretend play and make believe using creative thoughts and imagination. Kitchen items are required in this area and I do not have a kitchen to provide this ECERS required area. I am a teacher on special assignment and have had to put a classroom together with anything I can scrape together from the building. My students do not have an appropriate kitchen to use in this area of my room. My goal is to provide the best learning in each station. Children pretend to play with kitchen items, household chores, babies, dress up, and cooking or serving food along with other themed play. Children must be free to use materials in their own way as part of their make-believe play and learning. My students should not have to use equipment that is broken and should have what the other students have in the building. Please help me provide a great learning experience for the students.
