My Project

Young children learn best while imagining and doing. This process helps build skills in many essential developmental areas. Dramatic play is a type of play in which children assume various roles and act them out. It engages their imagination, builds confidence, and prepares young learners to tackle real life situations.

Incorporating dramatic play into my classroom will create a space for my students to build upon these social and emotional skills, and bring out their full potential.

The kitchen, dollhouse, and multicultural families will enhance my students' learning experience and teach them to respect one another, be adaptable, and work well together. Encouraging dramatic play is one of the many rewarding roles of an early childhood educator!
