Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are hard working, bright and motivated kids. They are learning English as a second language and building their beginning reading and writing skills. I want to give them every opportunity and tool to help them reach their goals.

They are voracious readers who are hungry for loads of books at their reading level.

These decodable readers will provide lots of titles for me to use in their small group instruction and their independent reading. This extended library will give them not just one but several books to help them grow as readers in English.
