My students are bursting with energy and excitement about learning. They come from diverse backgrounds and diverse socioeconomic backgrounds as well. Our school is centrally located in Los Angeles and is part of LAUSD. Each child in my classroom brings their unique view of learning and all that life has to offer.
I have a general education classroom with 22 children who have 22 different needs.
My goal is to make sure each child's needs are met any way I can.
My Project
My students are in need of Dell - 11.6'Chromebooks! Supplies are limited throughout our district, and priority is given to older students. For the remainder of this school year, I plan on having my students use these devices at home so that they can participate in our remote learning. Next year, my students will regularly create and post assignments using these Chromebooks.
We have seen the importance of computer literacy during these unprecedented times.
I want to continue to teach my students how to use this technology to enhance their learning.
