Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a preschool special education teacher, I am constantly creating visuals, games, activities, and crafts with my young students. The velcro dots are used regularly in our classroom. We use velcro dots to create busy books, token charts, puzzles, and other activities. The dot stickers are an essential asset in creating fine motor activities that are interesting to young children. They love peeling stickers! The dry-erase circles will be used to label the tables in the classroom, to help facilitate transitions throughout our day. The small pom poms will be used for art projects, fine motor activities, and games.

Young children learn best with colorful visuals, and this project will help provide that!

My goal for this project is to restock my classroom, with learning materials that catch the interests of young children.
