My Students

My kindergarten classroom is full of energetic and active learners. They love to work on the floor, standing up and even laying on their stomachs. They love to jump, sing, play and dance. Their abilities and needs range from just learning the English Language to being beginning readers.

My students are eager, energetic and very curious to learn about the world around them!

For many of my students, kindergarten is their first school experience. They are like sponges that just love to learn new things every day.

My Project

This 3D Doodler set was created for young students to learn in a fun and engaging way. It extrudes plastic that hardens instantly which will allow my students to create and design whatever they can imagine. My students will be able to draw physical lines and shapes in the air or you can call in doodling. The sky is the limit!

This 3D Doodler set will enable my students to learn and explore the principles of art and design, science, math, engineering, spatial awareness, and tactile skills in a fun and engaging way!

My students will use this set to create their name, sight words, numbers and create different items that we are studying. For example, students will be able to create snowman for our study on winter or flowers when we learn about spring or animals when we research their different habitats! Then they will then be able to take these doodles home to continue their learning experience with their families. This 3Doodler set provides another way to bring the classroom to a student's home.

My hope is to also use this 3Doodler set to allow my students to create an unique Christmas gift for their loved ones. Parents love to receive handmade items from their child and my students love to make surprises for their parents. This set would allow my students to think of an idea and create it in the classroom with little to no help and then be able to have a special gift for someone that they love. This would be a priceless gift full of many memories!
