Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Spilled milk, bathroom accidents...the list goes on for elementary kiddos!

The clothing will benefit a wide range of young students in a variety of sizes for when accidents happen and they are in need of appropriately sized clothing to wear during the school day.

In elementary school, when a student has an accident, if the school doesn't have available clothing, they unfortunately will have to wait in the soiled clothing until a parent or guardian is able to come to the school with fresh clothing - and a lot of parents are at work while their children are in school.

To avoid the uncomfortable feeling, disruption to their day and embarrassment or isolation, we have clothing on hand in our school to provide students for these situations. I was able to donate a ton of clothing for boys to our school from my best friend's family, but we need new undergarments for the students and some bottoms for girls to wear. Please consider donating whatever you can to help our young pupils!
