My Project

As part of our community outreach this year, the diversity club at my school has been focusing on the animal overpopulation problem. Our next project is to create survival packs that we will donate to local families and dog shelters.

We are requesting to-go boxes, baggies, slip leads, bottled water and small dog treats.

We will create packs that will include: kibble, treats, a bottle of water and slip leads. All completed packs will be donated to local shelters. People can keep the packs in their own cars for emergency situations, or they can use them when they encounter dogs in need.

This project will be completed in conjunction with lessons about compassion and empathy. Thank you for your support.
