About My Students

My students are a diverse group of learners, who access materials in different ways in order to reach their full potential. They enjoy using games and activities in order to learn.

Our goal this year is to improve our expressive writing, by using pictures, words, and sentences. We also enjoy going out into the community for authentic learning experiences. We show our learning through celebrations, in which we invite friends and family to see the results of our hard work.

We are requesting a Road to Reading Activity Center, Simple words Learning Locks, and Leveled sight word practice cards in order to improve our reading and writing.

Writing is essential, and by using these activities, my students will increase their ability to read and write. My students will improve the ways they express themselves, and increase their ability to share information. My students will increase their reading ability, especially their comprehension skills. All these skills are important to their success in continuing education.

In Their Own Words

We are bolstering our reading and writing area of the classroom in order to expand what is available in order for the students to work on their ELA skills. My goal is for my students to become better readers and writers by the end of the year. We will share our expressive writing skills with the rest of the school.

We have chosen things that we find interesting, and that we would use in order to improve our skills. We want learning to be fun, and think these things look really fun. We also will tell others about our project in order to get it to be successful. We will also tell others how to make a project.

We are looking for things to make us better readers and writers. It is sometimes hard to express ourselves, especially through writing. We want to increase our ability to read and recognize words, and be able to use them when we write. We want to share our writing with our friends.
