Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These essential manipulatives and supplies will make learning more hands on and memorable for my students. The supplies in my project can be used in whole class instruction or during smaller teacher guided group time to differentiate instruction and reach each student.

When we make learning hands on for the kids, it helps them engage and more easily understand the concepts being taught.

The Can Do Lakeshore Science Discovery Cans will help the students conduct individual experiments in motion, magnets, sound, light, sink or float. These are great for students to take to their seats and make discoveries on their own. They inculde picture cards and all the materials necessary. The students can be Scientists! The hands on play doh letter and numbers mats help the students develop letter and number sense in a fun and memorable way. As a teacher, I want my students to take charge of their learning and using these manipulatives helps them do that and it helps them develop the confidence and skills they need.

These manipulatives will be a huge impact on the students learning and make hands on learning in the classroom a memorable experience! Thank you for your generosity, support and kindness! You are making a difference!
