This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are pre-k students and lovers of crafting among many other things. At this age, they love to play, build and explore. They are like sponges and absorb everything they possibly can. We craft and play every single day in our little classroom in Bronx, NY. We make playdough every month together. They cannot wait to play and discover with friends and teachers. These basic baking needs (salt, food coloring, cream of tartar, flour, and oil) we are asking for are small things but make a huge difference in our days of learning. Playdough is so much fun to play with kids!
