Diverse Reward Snacks

My Project

Incentivizing positive behavior is an integral part of our classroom structure. For students who struggle with participating appropriately due to developing social-emotional skills, the teacher must express clear expectations, set achievable goals, and offer an incentive to students to achieve those goals. This is especially important in a physical education class where students can become unruly if not held to a high behavioral standard.

In addition to offering incentives such as preferred activities (basketball, schoolyard play, etc.), I also provide tangible incentives such as snacks and treats for students who do not buy into activity incentives.

Please help to supply my diverse student learners with some of their favorite snacks - selected by the students themselves - to incentivize participation and good sportsmanship in PE.
