Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our class is comprised of twenty, excited, third grade inquirers who are jubilant to embark upon this new learning year. We want to support and nourish their new classroom experience. They enjoy flexible learning options that are provided in the workshop curriculum which require a highly organized environment.

They are caring, gregarious, open minded, balanced, and reflective.

They are eager to begin the new year and thrilled to explore new learning options in the classroom. They possess an inspirational attitude towards learning. Their love of learning is visible everyday and is very inspirational!

My Project

Recently, we switched back to learning in the classroom five days a week with one group of students. Quickly, I was able to see that we would be in need of some amazing sensory tools. One goal that we plan to work on are their fine motor skills that may have slipped during the past year. We also could use some updated organizing bins.

We would love some new diverse books!

Diverse books are something that every classroom always loves! Students will be spending more time reading in the classroom and they would love new books to choose from!
