This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
The rolling whiteboard will provide a great space for small group/intervention to take place. The added benefit of the rolling design will add versatility to the class dynamics. The cushions will also allow for differentiated seating and allow collaboration in a new space, which will allow the students’ creativity to flow easier.
The supplies for each student desk will enable students to have what they need within arms reach without having to lose focus to search for supplies.
The rolling chair will allow me to be able to go to each student's desk and work one-on-one with them on their level and not make them to feel like they are being “hovered” over.
