My Students

We have some extremely energized and engaged students who are willing to go the extra mile to learn about a subject more in-depth. They enjoy engaging in challenging tasks that require more than just the regurgitation of knowledge, but rather the application of it. They are driven students, looking for challenging work in order to prepare themselves for college and beyond. We also have a population that struggles to get engaged in the curriculum and doesn't respond to the good old lecture method. Technology is a key component to make sure they can continue to challenge themselves and will help me engage every student.

My Project

This iPad will be used to enhance my ability to teach during this time of distance learning. It is such a challenge right now to engage students on a real meaningful level and this product will allow me to do that.

With it I will be able to be more mobile and allow me to demonstrate psychological and Health concepts away from my non mobile computer.

It will also allow me to use my whiteboard to draw concepts and to demonstrate how I want my students to draw out concepts as well. It can also work as a doc cam and allow me to annotate on pictures and other materials.
