Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Incentives have a positive impact on a student's academic performance. Incentives can also help to "boost" a student's confidence level.

Some students just need a little motivation to continue on with the learning process and reach their goals.

With this project, I will be able to give motivation to students with incentives I already have, in addition to the incentives I will be able to acquire from this project.

These incentives will be used during the school year to help students grow in their learning. Students are all about "magical incentives!" Incentives are powerful tools. Positive incentives can create a motivating classroom environment. I want to support and reward students in our class and give them incentives for their hard work and good behavior. They will be rewarded by using the Straw Constructive Toy to build their favorite toy and be able to expand their thinking. Their self-confidence will grow when accomplishing their task.

I feel students should be rewarded to continue their motivated effort. As a teacher, I try to encourage and give incentives for everything they do in the classroom.
