My Project

Incentives have a positive impact on a student's academic performance. Incentives can also help to "boost" a student's confidence level.

Some students just need a little motivation to continue on with the learning process and reach their goals.

With this project, I will be able to give motivation to students with incentives I already have, in addition to the incentives I will be able to acquire from this project. The treats and water games will be great motivation for students.

These incentives will be used during the school year to help students grow in their learning. Students are all about "magical incentives!" Incentives are powerful tools. Positive incentives can create a motivating classroom environment. I want to support and reward students in our class and give them incentives for their hard work and good behavior. I feel students should be rewarded to continue their motivated effort. As a teacher, I try to encourage and give incentives for everything they do in the classroom.
