My Project

Help the kids at our school get some baskets! I run the Palms Disc Golf Club. We meet every week after school on Wednesdays and play disc golf on the large field here. Our club consists of a diverse group of middle schoolers, many of whom do not typically participate in athletic endeavors.

Disc golf is an incredible way for these kids to get outside, get some exercise, build their self esteem, and establish a healthy lifestyle; not to mention an hobby that doesn't involve them staring at a screen for hours on end.

Your donation would help us to set up additional baskets (other than the one rusty hand me down I donated to get us started). These baskets will be the first steps in establishing a permanent, nine hole course on campus that not only the club would use, but the P.E. department as well. Thank you for your support of the Palms Disc Golf Club and the kids here.
