My Students

My first-grade students come into our classroom with so much potential everyday. They are eager and excited about each new experience and always have amazing thoughts and ideas to share. I teach in a Title I school where approximately 80% of students qualify for free lunch due to economic hardship. Despite these difficulties, they are inquisitive and motivated by the community and school environment. In our class of 25 students, some students are classified with different types of disabilities. Many of these students benefit from learning through visual presentations of the material being taught.

My Project

I am asking for a Teachers Pay Teachers gift card in order to provide my students with an engaging way to meet their individualized learning goals.

I would love to purchase digital task Boom Cards and other digital resources to help my students master developing skills.

Boom cards are interactive, fun, self-checking, and provide immediate feedback to students while they are learning. They also provide data to teachers to help them track student progress and areas of struggle.

These digital resources will allow my students the practice they need in a reinforcing and positive way!
