My Students

With a class of 25 students, it's hard to show hands-on demonstrations up close. With a digital presenter, I can utilize my projector to supersize these projects as I demonstrate the steps involved!

Our school is in a very low-income district, but I don't want that to keep my students from having the technology they need to learn new skills.

My art classes are full of the most wonderful and creative students! So far we have added many new pieces of technology to our classroom thanks to DonorsChoose. I know this project will be one more great tool to help bring the world of art to these young people and teach them new lessons in creativity.

My Project

With a digital presenter I will be able to "supersize" my demonstrations of various projects onto the big screen! From drawings and paintings to hands-on crafts such as pottery and sculpture, students need to see details and the steps involved in creating many of these art projects.

This project will provide a resource to my classes which will be used almost every day.

My students will not have to gather around in a crowd to see my demonstrations - they can follow along step-by-step from their seats. This is especially critical when showing small details such as painting techniques or yarn crafts. I know this resource will make a difference by affording an easy view of the steps involved in achieving the proper result.
