Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students have been through a lot over the past three years. There is trauma that they have experienced that is being worked through daily through social-emotional activities and individual conferences.

By having individual pouches, I can group my students easily based on their strengths and struggles.

This allows me to meet the needs of all of my students; which is not always easy to do. The ink for the printer will allow me to plan and print specific activities that will help support different learners in my classroom. In addition, as the team leader of my grade, I would like to begin a book study using the book included in this project to educate ourselves more on culturally diverse teaching strategies!
