This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My school is a very diverse one in Miami with new students from other countries and cultures coming to learn at our school. We are in need for Language to Language dictionaries for our English Language Learners (ELL). The use of these book will help in my students enhance their understanding of English and help to bridge the language barrier between teachers and students.

With these dictionaries, ELL students can use them to help with classwork, homework, AND their state test practice.

The use of these book in class will be beneficial to our students in translating words that may not have a cognate (doctor is spelled the same in Spanish) for them to understand.
