My Project

It's the mid year slump! We are running out of paper and getting a lot of students who don't speak English. I need to replenish my paper supply and I'd like my Spanish speakers to have a dictionary.

Dictionaries provide so much help to not only English speakers, but to my Spanish speakers as well.

My Spanish speakers really need to be able to use these dictionaries as we can't help them on state tests. If I can teach them how to use these dictionaries, then I know they'll be successful.

We are doing a lot of writing this year in 8th grade and I am just about out of paper. These students hate writing, but as I tell them, it's a necessary evil. I don't want them on the computers because it's too much screen time for them. I'd much rather have them work on their writing skills that they'll need all their lives.
