My Students

We are such a wonderful and special charter school that focuses on academic excellence and character building. We are a Montessori school with a gifted and traditional learning environment as well! Our goal is to educate the whole child. It is crucial to understand and know each student and meet them all where they are emotionally, mentally, and academically. My students are so very special to me. They are inquisitive, caring, diverse and eager to learn and engage. I am so proud to educate and lead and mold their little minds.

My Project

Hello all!

This project will bring 10 kid-friendly dictionaries and 5 atlases to our classroom.

The students will learn how to find information by using the guide words in the dictionaries. The dictionaries that I have for this project are filled with pictures, have larger print and have even maps inside of them!

The atlases how highways and roads for the students to study both in small groups and in our rotations.

Both of these resources are both educational and interesting! My hope this that the dictionaries and atlases will spark both inquisition and wonder in our classroom.
