Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The students in my Title I class are very loving and quite funny. They enjoy being with each other and being in school. They are polite and eager to please by flashing their winning smiles, their loving hearts, and their brilliant brains. They are a wonderful group of students worth everything the world has to offer.

They are returning from distance learning and a turbulent year in school.

They are excited to learn and return to school, raring to learn. The students have been doing their very best with their limited resources. They come to classes without the proper school supplies and it not only becomes a hindrance to the learning process, but it also doesn't make them feel good.

My Project

We found the need for styluses and a harder case for protection of the devices. Students tend to drop the Surface Pro and more protection is needed.

The students found it difficult to use their fingers to write and we need to further develop fine motor skills through writing longer passages.

They have been asking for something to help them to write on the surface pro easier. They stylus will provide them with the comfort they are seeking. This will encourage them to write more each time they receive a prompt.
