This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The Power Systems Premium Dumbbell Rack will provide the students with opportunities to increase their muscular strength and endurance while in physical education class by exercising with light dumbbells. Students will be instructed on proper exercise form and technique thus reducing the risk on injury. Exercises such as squats, lunges, chest press, overhead press, curls and extensions will be taught. The Power Systems Premium Dumbbell Rack provides a great storage option for the weights as the dumbbells are stacked vertically instead of horizontal which reduces the amount of space needed to store the dumbbells.
