Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In order for a high school student to be successful, self care is essential. With the many responsibilities that my students face daily, making sure to allow my students for time to destress is something I need to have them do so that they can perform at their best. These students work hard during school, at home, and in their communities 24/7, hence their minds and souls need to be refueled with energy!

The addition of a classroom speaker and self care activities will remind my students how important self care is!

Many people forget (or get too busy) to destress, however it is my goal to ensure that these students get into the routine of loving themselves and allowing for some "me time"!
