Help me give my students Kid Tough trucks (preferably recycling trucks). Next year my room will be the "Earth room" and we are showing the students how to keep the Earth "green".

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students are very creative and energetic! They love to talk and engage with one another. They are very hard workers and I am so pleased at the academic and social-emotional growth that they have gained this year.
They deserve the best in life and it is a blessing to be able to help mold and shape their young, impressionable minds.
Even though they can be quite rambunctious at times, I still love and appreciate the time that I have with them because it is quickly coming to an end. Teaching is a work of heart and will forever have a lasting impact on all students.
My Project
The materials will make a difference in my students' learning because they will be experiencing real-world, hands-on learning. They will be learning about the different seasons of the year, light and shadows, weather patterns/cycles, STEM science station magnets will show students how magnets attract or repel each other, recycling, water, wind, rocks/minerals, how/why volcanoes erupt, and what causes earthquakes. Not only will they be learning about these things they will actually be able to make a volcano erupt and build a tornado in between two bottles. The seasons and weather theme books will explain the different weather patterns that we experience throughout the year.
