Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students work hard each and every day in all subject areas. We have bee lucky enough to have access to chrome books in our classroom and students have been learning to use things such as Google Docs, Slides, and more. However, what makes their learning even more valuable is when we can print their final writing pieces or slides to have copies to share with families.

Unfortunately, our ink supply has run out and our printer can't be used to print students hard work!

Not only that, but we use the class printer to create new math games and literacy games in color. Without ink, we can't create this engaging materials in a way that appeals to students. We are in desperate need of a new supply of ink to bring back the life into our everyday learning. We also run into issues with our school copier more often than not and our classroom printer has turned into our go to resource for printing everyday work and materials for students. Without the use of our printer, we often are left hand creating assignments or projecting items for students to copy which is not helpful to their learning or class time.
