My Students

Have you ever sat in a chair that was too small for you. We are having to use chairs that are for smaller students and are not in very good shape. We do not have chairs that fit the size of students in our classroom. We do not receive money for furniture. We only get $150 dollars a year to spend.

My students are really great kids.

They come from homes that are now always the greatest. Some children have the best time of their days at school where they actually feel safe. They also get a warm meal where they might not get it at home. We have approximately 75% of our students that receive free and reduced lunch. These kids appreciate everything that you give to them. New chairs would put a smile on their faces.

My Project

I am requesting these 10 chairs, so we will have nice chairs to use at our tables. We are currently using chairs that are not the right size for the students. These chairs will be used for many years for all kinds of students to set in and they will appreciate them.

This project is so important because we will not be able to order these chairs by ourselves because we simply do not get enough money for our classroom to buy furniture.

Our $150 does not go very far when it comes to supplies.
