My Students

I teach the most exquisite second-grade students in Oklahoma. We are a Title I school, where half of our students receive additional help as they expand their horizons in reading. More than half of my students come from low-income households. I have never met a group of goal-oriented, respectful and grateful students like mine. Some of my students might have difficult lives outside of school and COVID has only increased the stress, so I strive to make my classroom a safe-haven for them every single day.

My Project

Technology is a large part of our live’s now. I would love to teach my student’a that there are many career paths that they could succeed at in the future.

The Apple Pencils would allow them to create posters, enhance their understanding as we dive deeper into different subjects.

The Apple Pencils would also be great for my students whom struggle to express themselves in words.

Student’s would be able to see their own classroom work come to life when I print out their creations and put them on the walls of our classroom.
