Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are AMAZING! They are creative, kind, and strive for excellence! Like all children, they love interaction and need engagement!

We use bulletin boards and displays throughout the school to share information with students, promote awareness events/celebrations, and to teach/reinforce concepts.

The students really enjoy the interactive bulletin boards. To create our bulletin boards we are tracing and cutting out letters, buying letters, tracing, coloring, and cutting out pictures, or writing directly on the bulletin board paper. This is a time consuming process. The Cricut machine will be used to create engaging displays and bulletin boards for students. The machine will be a huge time saver and offers a wide variety design options.

A Cricut machine and the materials that go with it will help to create eye catching displays in our hallway and classroom bulletin boards. The Cricut will also help our science department keep classroom organized through the use of the labels.
