My Project

I am requesting items to assist in warming up the classroom space for optimized student engagement! My goal for this project is to give students an inviting environment which fosters better learning. When students feel safe and welcome in a classroom, it opens the door for better collaboration, engagement and comfortability. One of my biggest goals as an educator is to make all students feel welcomed, loved, inspired, and appreciated.

Studies have shown the visual environment of a student can impact their attention and learning!

A colorful, welcoming environment can assist in making students feel welcome in the classroom, which may be sorely needed. No one wants to be in a sterile environment, let alone learn essential information in one!

With this information in mind, I wanted to do just that for my students. Not only do I want students to know they are loved and cared for, but I also want to put my best effort into ensuring their learning and success in the classroom.
