Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have selected these goodies to aid in making some wonderful Easter baskets for my "Eggcellent" students. They will pick up these baskets as a gift, and we will have a virtual party to enjoy these sweet treats.
In the classroom, we learn and talk about one another's holiday/family traditions.
One of the traditions we have in common is that we have a party and an egg hunt during Easter.
Seeing my students excited to take home an Easter basket filled with goodies each year has been a highlight of the celebrations, especially when I know that many will eat these snacks over the long weekend.
