My Project

My favorite thing to do is cook and bake at home and now I am lucky enough to be able to teach kids this life skill at CASD I teach 8th and 9th graders in a low income school district. I teach FCS to eighth graders and culinary to ninth. The students will be able to bake/cook healthy meals in class and then make them at home using the skills they learn in class. This year I will be having a cooking club after school with about 30 students in it. We will be making recipes to share at home and with the community.
