Decoding for Fluency!

Help me give my students decodable texts, such as The Science of Reading Decodable Readers, to help increase their reading fluency and confidence as readers.

My Project

I teach in a low-income, rural school. Many of my students are working below grade-level, which requires differentiated instruction and individualized interventions. I have students who have the desire to do well in school but do not have access to the differentiated materials needed. Many of my students come to me with very little learning experiences, outside of school.

I am requesting decodable texts, so I can support my students' learning at their individual levels.

Decodable texts will help them become more fluent readers, while also building their confidence and word attack skills.
