Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The debate team works hard at practice and attends weekend tournaments to engage with challenging topics. One of the perks of putting in this extra work has always been getting swag like hoodies or T-shirts. Debaters have to earn their hoodie by attending at least two tournaments.

The team works together to design their hoodies.

They then get to wear it to school, creating a camaraderie. Additionally, they help make the team's presence known and encourage others to join. Students that are new to the debate team are already asking when they will get their hoodies!
