My Project

With these architectural pieces and tools, my students will have what they need to start planning, designing, and engineering an outdoor landscape garden. This project ultimately has so many applications, in addition to life sciences. It will be designed by students, using metric units of measurement and including a series of paths with corners laid out in varying angles through which students can navigate their Dash Robots, supporting 4th-grade Geometry and Measurement math standards. The garden will also feature messages promoting restorative practices for Social and Emotional Learning.
