My Project

A wise friend once said to me, if you ever realize you don't have a need to want to grow and be better then you don't need to be in the classroom. Luckily, I have a strong desire to want to grow in many different ways in my profession. I want to be the best teacher leader I can be so I am creating a project asking for a few leadership texts along with some focusing on teaching and helping others. This project will provide some fresh insight into how to be an effective leader. It will also help me with bringing strong new ideas to my team.

Students are continually evolving and teachers need to be as well.

As a teacher leader, I am always looking for effective ways to engage and better reach all types of learners. If this project was funded, I'll take on each book and write down with the journal and pens I am requesting what I want to take away and use in my daily life as a teacher. I would love the opportunity to learn and grow more as a teacher and teacher leader.
