My Students

Coming to school should be fun! That is exactly why I am requesting these items for this project. I want my students to be excited to learn and I want to make learning fun.

My students are in second grade.

They are all eager to learn. I want to make sure they maintain this spirit throughout the school year. It is important to me that my students value their education. The students in my classroom have tested into the gifted program and generally like learning. They do not like to be bored and my goal is to see that they are intrigued with every lesson.

My Project

My students will use the Boogie Board to practice their spelling words. They will also use the scrabble tiles to create words and practice spelling. They will use the markers and the colored paper for their interactive math and language arts journals. I will use the label maker to keep the class as well as materials organized. Students will use the chart paper to work in groups and brainstorm ideas.

Anything that can be brought to the classroom other than the mandated books and paper is a motivator to my students.

I am only afforded so much to spend per year by my school district and it is not enough to ensure that my students have the best. Your donation will greatly improve how they learn!
