Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

ELL learners benefit from any hands-on materials to help them enhance their reading and language experience/ comprehension. By using materials tailored to their needs such as with Scholastic, I will be able to give my students individualized experiences they will never forget. Our goal is to increase their level of English language proficiency and improve overall academic achievement. We will continue to work closely on increasing the use of English in all classrooms and outside-of-school experiences. Remember that ELLs are a tremendously diverse group representing numerous languages, cultures, ethnicities, and nationalities. We want them to feel welcome and included in our school community!
