My Project

I have a unique group of scholars. My class is a heterogenous mixture of 3 and 4 year old students who are still developing their fine motor skills. So cutting can be frustrating for them. And assisting them with cutting materials is time consuming for me during instructional time. Having a Cricut Maker 3 Smart Cutting Machine will allow me to precut materials for 24 students so that they can focus on the learning objective.

My school is a project based learning campus where our students are responsible for authentic work samples.

My students come from disadvantaged homes and have not been exposed to DIY projects and/or art/crafts. This project will allow equity so that every student can be creative.
