Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have requested a cute carpet for my classroom to use during circle time. We currently have an old used carpet and I would really want to give my incoming students a new carpet that has squares to have their own spot. I work in the Explore classroom that has both general and special education students. I have also requested a carpet sweeper to use to clean the carpet for our classroom job. I plan on have a carpet cleaner and they will use this sweeper at the end of day.

I want my students to have a new clean and comfy carpet that we could use during circle time, centers, and nap time.

I want a welcoming carpet that matches the classroom aesthetic! I have been teaching Pre-K for several years and it never fails that the students love rainbows or their favorite color is "rainbow" so to provide this carpet would be great for my classroom!
