Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My classroom is filled with shared materials that inspire students to created, learn, and interact with others. What it lacks is individual space for students to put their personal belongings and school materials.

My project will allow each of my students to have an individual bin to use in their classroom, and It will let them easily move their individual supplies for different groups.

Having their own cubbies big enough to hold their belongings will teach them independence and organization. It will also prevent the sharing of supplies, and thus help limit the spread of germs in the classroom, by giving them a place to store them separately.New cubbies in our classroom will ensure that the students' materials stay organized and are taken care of.
